hi billie...thank you so much for thinking of me and letting me know of your blog...what an excellent means of sharing the process of your work with others and cathartic as well...think i may start a blog myself...currently attempting to combine painting and tile work in a sort of mosaic thing...will let you know how that works out! it seems always a struggle to find purpose and a feeling of arrival in the making of art...but it's never dull and seemingly necessary!! i look forward to reading more of your posts. i enjoy the new density and weight of the darkness in this painting as well...it seems more private than before and engages me more as a voyeur than as a viewer in broad daylight...talk soon. terra

I think you have settled the figure into the picture better but who am I to say, just a mere gazer at the comet of your art.
